Colour blind from Tokyo, Japan

Great warm colours. The blurred couple walking makes it even more romantic. I'm sure it was probably freezing but the picture doesn't reflect that at all. Where is this?

Well, this is Budapest - the warm glow is not photoshop but the combination of a fairly foggy night, the orange streetlights and the relatively high ISO setting on the camera.
