Hey I saw that guy last week. Almost took his picture too. Seems to be dedicated to his task. Great work on this photo - it has a very luminescent quality. And great contrast between the couple eating, while the self-appointed 'litter guy' cleans up the city's mess.

@eydryan: Well, not much to tell. Just walked around downtown Toronto when I spotted this guy, going from litter box to litter box, emptying them and picking up garbage from the street. It was in pretty stark contrast to all the fancy restaurants and bars around...just snapped it from across the street.
